Shipping policy

DISPATCH

Orders will usually be dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday).  Dispatch may be with Royal Mail or by courier and a signature may be required.  Please ensure that someone is available to take receipt of your order.  Orders will only be dispatched to the address supplied with the order at time of payment.

We also ask for a contact phone number at checkout.  This will only be used if necessary to facilitate the delivery of your item or in the event of a problem. 

Shipping Charges (UK)

  • Standard shipping within the UK is free.  
  • Orders may be dispatched by Royal Mail or courier at our discretion.

Shipping (Outside the UK)  (updated 31.12.23)

  • Shipping to all non-UK countries is by Royal Mail or courier at our discretion.
  • Buyer is responsible for all import duties and expenses.
  • Orders returned for failure to pay import expenses will be refunded MINUS postage costs.
  • Shipping charges are calculated up to 10kg max weight.  Any order that exceeds 10kg will be subject to an additional shipping fee.
  • Due to current trading rules, we do not ship to the European Union or Northern Ireland  (updated 21.5.25)
