Over time we amass a selection of books that are old, end of line or damaged stock and which are donated to charity. Despite being rejected stock, the books are still in lovely, clean condition with unbroken spines – we don’t send them any rubbish.

Magic Cottage

Over the years we have been regular supporters of the British Heart Foundation and the Dog's Trust.  Now, in 2024 & 2025, we are supporting Magic Cottage which raises funds for children and young adults.

Kelpie Welfare

20% of sales from our Kelpie Collection will go to Kelpie Welfare.

Stump Up For Trees

This is a local charity with big ambitions.  More information can be found on their website at  Stump up for trees - aiming to plant a million trees in the Brecon Beacons

Stump Up For Trees uses only native trees.

     Key:  1 acorn = 1 tree planted   1 full tree = 20 trees planted

    So far, we have donated enough to plant 178 trees
